From my initial email consultation to my (nearly) final appointment I have been more than impressed. Jarlath is clear on what needs to be done and happy to answer questions. My teeth look fantastic. The lady assisting him today 10/10/2022 was lovely and ensured I was ok throughout my long appointment.

Excellent service and treatment by Hristo
I obtained an emergency appointment on the day I rang up (even though I wasn’t a registered patient). My appointment started on time. I was impressed with the x-ray machine which wasn’t uncomfortable and was very quick. Hristo explained everything and identified a few issues which could be the cause of my pain, some of which will be discussed at my new patient exam. Hristo was very understanding of my issues and showed genuine concern in trying to identify the cause.
I can highly recommend seeing Hristo and attending this practice.

Hygienist Appointment
Today I saw Priscilla for my hygienist appointment and cannot praise her enough. Her professional and friendly manner really put me at ease, especially as I’ve had a long gap between appointments. I had full confidence in her and found that the appointment wasn’t painful, as she was very mindful and I felt she took great care, especially as my gums were inflamed. I have a plan going forward to keep my gums on track and feel confident going forwards. I don’t think anyone looks forward to a dentist or hygienist appointment but I’m already booked in for the next one and Priscilla certainly makes the whole experience easier. Thanks so much!

Excellent service
I have been with the practice for about 3 years and have found the level of dental care to be consistently outstanding. I have now seen 3 dentists ( Russell, Chris and Jamie). All have been patient, reassuring, knowledgeable and informative. I have seen two dental hygienists
( Lisa and Yasmin). Both absolutely excellent, with a positive, friendly and very professional approach. Reception staff are all helpful and courteous, with their response to any queries very timely and appropriate. I recently had an emergency appt. Seen same day and sorted. Fantastic team. Thank you.

Preparation for a bridge

I was having a lower denture replaced, after being told by two previous practices that nothing could be done to improve what I had. After seeing Jamie, he managed to make my existing denture more comfortable. He referred me to Jarleth McAteer who specialises in difficult cases. He produced a new denture, which after a few adjustments is now very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Jamie and Jarleth. Extremely helpful, positive
All the people working at the surgery are extremely helpful, positive and appear to be happy in their work. I have struggled with having impressions taken in the past, but I was given breathing exercises and lots of support to help me with the process. I have had a terrible NHS bridge replaced which has increased my confidence as I can smile once more. So pleased that a friend recommended Ewan to me.
