So patient and kind
I have in the past had sleepless nights about a trip to the dentists. Add on top of that a sixty minute appointment time I would have been in despair.
I am luckily being treated by Jamie who is so patient and kind. I did have the usual wobble on the way in, but Jamie is so quietly confident and thorough that I trust him completely.
I also feel he is genuinely trying to assist me with my goals of retaining my teeth in the best way possible.
I really value the kindness that the nurses give to me and today mine was fabulous.

Great honest service
I had my free consultation regarding possibly having composite veneers/crowns on my teeth. Ewan suggested bonding the edges first to see if I would be happy with the result before going down the more expensive route. Can’t wait to start treatment on whatever option I go for. I have also joined the payment plan which I think is really good value for money.

Hygiene and dentist appointment combined
Due to chronic health issues it’s been difficult to attend appointments, however from the reception staff, Elaine the hygienist and Ewan I was listened to and every effort made to ensure I was comfortable and seen in the downstairs surgery so I didn’t have to walk upstairs. Attending 2 appointments would have been difficult so the 2 appointments were combined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Emergency appointment.
I saw Ewan Bramley for an emergency dental appointment following a fall which resulted in a big impact to one of my front teeth. They were able to see me within 2 hours and did a great job explaining the issues clearly and then carrying out restoration. I can absolutely recommend these guys!! Do not hesitate in using them.

Being a nervous patient I have been supported and nurtured from day one to the point where I am now emerging from my initial treatment plan. I can only give my sincere thanks for the great professionalism, care and understanding shown at all times. I have to mention George who brings a solid, calming experience combined with first class treatment. Kate who is just so lovely and understanding with great empathy and thoroughness. Equally Beth has also been amazing delivering understanding with fantastic treatment and invaluable education. Its safe to say I'm impressed.
