Beth the hygienist was excellent

I have been a patient of the practice for a couple of years and have always been really satisfied with the care I get. I recently visited for my hygienist appointment and saw Beth. She was brilliant and explained everything so well and I really appreciate the time she took to do that. I left feeling really informed and valued as a patient.

First class, I thought I would lose one of my teeth, but George expertly saved it.
Very happy with the treatment, the costs are fair. Treatment was so well done by George I almost slept through the procedure.

Can't thank her enough

I normally have Lisa carry out my hygiene work but as Lisa is on maternity leave, Yasmin carried it out. Yasmin was wonderful and I can't thank her enough. Thoroughly recommended.

You'll be well looked after

After coming into the practice a few weeks ago for an emergency appointment this was a follow-up and also, a new patient exam.
Based on the service I have experienced during the visits I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to visit.
During both visits, Hristo explained every step clearly, effectively and passionately whilst also answering any questions I had.
I believe the dental nurse he had alongside him that day was called Denver. She also deserves mentioning too as again, I felt put at ease talking to her.
As dentists go, it’s a good one to visit and you know you’ll be well looked after.

Quick, simple and caring.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth now since seeing Ewan. Needed two fillings next to each other and expected to be in the hot seat for double the time. Somehow Ewan managed to sort both of them perfect in the same time as one filling! Great atmosphere in the clinic and friendly staff.

As a new patient you feel apprehensive, however there is nothing to worry about. The staff were very friendly and the practice was clean and airy. Jamie the clinician explained to me in detail, what the appointment entailed and did a thorough examination. Very impressed with the service received.

Very thorough checkup

Very thorough checkup with pleasant conversation (even though I couldn’t reply, having instruments in my mouth) nonetheless nice pleasantries. I left with a feeling of “ haven’t I done well “ and a sense of tooth invincibility.

I felt very much at ease

I was in for a routine checkout following a root canal filling last year. I was aware that I required more work this time around as well.
The appointment itself was very professional and the information that I was given about the required work was first class, Great to see that my appointment was actually on time and I felt very much at ease throughout the appointment.
Compared to my previous dentist surgery this one is head and shoulders above!!

Great service throughout

It has taken me years to build the confidence to begin treatment that I’ve been desperate for! Being a local practice I decided to make the scary appointment with Jared, from the start he understood I was very nervous (past experiences) he was calming and non judgmental including his caring young assistant. Each appointment he explains each and next step of treatment, allowing the patient full control and choice but giving advice. Payment is a choice of as you go to each appointment or pay in full. After each appointment an email is sent to the patient with treatment done and what’s next with costs included.
Great service throughout!

Great experience for my first couple of appointments with Jarlath.
After having not seen a dentist since pre pandemic and joining the practice as a new person, I was feeling a bit anxious about joining a private practice. However, I was made to feel welcome, at ease and confident I am in good hands. The cost of treatment is also reasonable, especially if you are joining a dental plan.
