I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. Since I started going to this practice about 5 years ago I feel much more relaxed about dental appointments. The staff are friendly and reassuring and understand a patient’s needs.

I pay for a dental package with Ewan. Unfortunately I had an accident with a tooth. I rang and received an emergency appointment within two days from polite and professional receptionist. Hygienist appointment
I recently attended the Dental Practice for a hygienist appointment having had a previous difficult experience and subsequently not attending a dentist for a number of years so was very nervous. I was made to feel at ease by the practitioner and was supported to work at my own pace 'you are in charge' which I was reassured that although I was nervous, I could stop things at any time. The procedure went really well and I was reassured throughout that I was doing well. Following the appointment, it was highlighted what would happen at subsequent appointments and how I could achieve progress between appointments. The procedure was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be and I believe this was down to the reassurance I was given throughout.
Following the appointment I was able to speak to the receptionist about joining a dental plan and was given all of the information required to do so- a subsequent e mail was sent the same day.

Expert treatment
I badly chipped one of my front teeth while on holiday. Having previously had my teeth straightened by Ewan, I rang to make an appointment to hopefully repair my broken tooth. My call was dealt with efficiently and sympathetically so that on return from my trip I was not kept waiting for treatment.
Ewan recommended using composite bonding to undertake the repair. Within ten minutes I left the surgery with my tooth as good as new. No pain, no fuss, just
expert treatment at a very fair price. I’m returning next month to have the same treatment on two other front teeth for cosmetic purposes; can't wait!
