Repair to a breakage on one of my composites
I arrived early to my appointment, but was made to feel very welcome to wait by the thoroughly pleasant receptionists. The waiting room is very relaxed and informal and a pleasure to be in. When I saw Ewan he was very attentive and thorough, asked my opinion about my current composites, and very willingly made a little ‘tweak’ to a tooth that I hadn’t been completely happy with…
Everything done totally professionally (the dental nurse was fabulous too!) and with a smile!

I’ve just started my aligner journey with Jarlath and the team at Union Quay Dental and I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience so far!
The newly refurbished practice is absolutely gorgeous - it’s stylish, modern and beautifully finished, but still feels really welcoming and relaxed. You can tell how much thought and care has gone into every detail.
Jarlath has been brilliant from the very beginning. He’s taken the time to explain everything properly, answer all my questions and make sure I feel completely comfortable with the treatment and what to expect. I’m genuinely excited to see the results!
It’s lovely to see such a beautiful practice right here in North Shields, with such a warm and professional team behind it. If you’re thinking about improving your smile or simply looking for a dental practice where you feel really looked after, I’d definitely recommend giving Union Quay Dental a look.

Only issue I have was that I had to contact the practice to see when I could get an appointment. My last appointment was Dec 2020 . I pay £9.99 a month and was considering deleting the DD before picking up the phone.
