Cedar Road Dental Practice
I came in because I needed a tooth extracted, the dentist was extremely rude and lacked common sense, she was very rough and jabbed at the area most painful, she was patronising as I was in agony and couldn’t even offer any pain-killers, unfortunately, this has been my worst experience and has had me questioning if I would like to go back for treatment, her customer service skills were very poor, this isn’t the experience I expected to receive, I am supposed to leave feeling confident and happy with my service but this really did stand out and needs to be addressed.

The ladies on the desk always look miserable, I’m sure they are lovely ladies but a smile goes a long way.

Andrew is the best dentist anyone could possibly ask for. Been seen by him for years and he's got the most gentle bedside manner and always does a great job at dental work. Solves any and all problems as quickly and as painless as possible. The dental nurses are always polite and professional too.
