The Surgery staff were great

I didn’t have to wait long, my dentist was very friendly, as always, she explained what treatment I needed, receptionist very pleasant too, so I was quite happy

Great recent appointment
My visit this morning to the practice was great. Zeynep and her assistant were very helpful in identifying the problems and advising on the treatment options (calling on the supervisor for expert advise). This attitude was very reassuring for me for deciding the way forward for further treatment. I think this is great for the practice, well done to all the staff.

Surprised by introduction of the digital service which required completion on a small iPad in front of the receptionist. I suggest prior notification of this might have helped but I received no notification. Otherwise the staff all were professional and courteous as always.
