The Hygienist I went to see, she is very polite , professional, courteous and I could not fault her, however, the Assistant seemed to be cold, distant and I had a feeling she did not want to be there. I might be wrong but her demeanour was just not right and she never even said a word during my presence she was just off-putting and did not want to engage with anyone in the room.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the assistant that was present during your appointment. We aim to give all patients the best journey within the practice, however, occasionally this is not always possible. Some members of staff are a bit more reserved and shy compared to others, however, we can assure you that all members of staff within our practice remain professional and motivated at all times.
