My experience

Dentists & dental nurses are great. Friendly, welcoming and thorough.
Sadly, the same can’t be said for the woman on the desk. She isn’t ever very friendly, bordering on rude (Jo).
Both women today, Jo & another lady on the desk were talking about personal life, loud enough for patients to hear and relay the whole story back, whilst waiting in the waiting area. Very unprofessional.

Worked very well as a team

Andrew and his nurse worked very well as a team. I had lost a filling and the procedure to replace it was very smooth. Andrew kept me informed of what was happening all the time and I have no concerns from my visit today.
