Appointment
I had a reminder by email with a link to complete. When I clicked on the link it could not find me which surprised me as I have been a patient here for many years. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped me to register as the electronic pad was very slow. I was called in for my appointment and the dentist introduced both herself and her assistant. This was a very nice touch and made the experience much more friendly. Both Hanisha and Sabina were very friendly and efficient. I had some fillings and received some good advice. Hanisha is an excellent dentist and explained what she was doing throughout my treatment. I have just got to the end of the questionnaire and seen the question about being spoken to about membership and plan options. I want to make it very clear that I want a dentist who looks after my teeth not a salesperson who is more interested in selling me a product.

Absolutely amazing
I suffer terribly with my nerves and anxiety and the dentist. They are absolutely amazing and brilliant and very very patient. I have recommended them to all my friends. Absolutely brilliant staff from the top to the bottom. Couldn't ask for more

Friendly and welcoming
The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and bright, and the Dentist is friendly and you don't feel any anxiety when in the chair. The Dentist will make a suggestion, but never pressures you into any treatment.
