My experience

The treatment I have received has been very good.
The dentist that I have been allocated to now is friendly and explains everything well.
My only complaint is that this set of treatment started about a year ago and was scheduled to be finished by the end of November last year and now it is set for completion in July 2023. This is due to you having cancelled numerous appointments, a dentist leaving and then more cancellations.

It is great to hear that the treatment you have received has been very good. We would like to apologise for the overall delay in your treatment, unfortunately your previous dentist left the practice and we had a period in between while her replacement was waiting to join the practice. We will look into any recent cancellations and delays and see if there is anything we can do to help.
