We do apologise about your appointments, unfortunately due to high demand for appointments there can be a long wait for your next appointment. We do offer to add your appointment to a short notice list so if we have any cancellations we can try to get you in sooner. My experience
The dentist was friendly, efficient and professional. I have confidence in her. I didn't give a 5 star review as I feel one of the receptionists could be friendlier and more pleasant to the patients. She has been there for some time and is efficient but could learn to smile.

My experience
This is the second time in as many visits that the time/date/dentist I’m to see has been input incorrectly by reception. Despite have numerous text messages and calls to confirm I am going to turn up to my appointment they can’t check that they have booked me in with the correct dentist!
