Cedar Road Dental Practice

I would highly recommend this Dental Practice, today Andrew delivered a friendly and extremely professional service. Andrew showed compassion, empathy and great patience with my anxious daughter. Andrew did not rush her into the treatment he created a calm atmosphere and all went well. Jo on reception was lovely and friendly and always makes you feel welcome. All staff are working incredibly hard under difficult circumstance due to Covid-19. Well done to all staff.

I'm a clichè when it comes to the dentist! An absolutely nervous wreck and I dread going.
To start. Considering other dental practices in Northampton. This one is pretty easy to find and has parking in and around the area. The receptionist team are lovely. All of them have been great. There's a clean waiting area and toilet. You get called promptly and I was assigned a lady dentist who's recently gone on maternity leave. I wish I knew the names of my dentists as I can't give proper credit but the lady who has just gone on maternity leave is absolutely brilliant at her job and my 3 kids loved her. I was gutted she was gone (selfishly) of course it's a wonderful time for her right now and I wish her all the best but obviously my silly nerves struck again once they said I've got a new dentist.
Well.... He was and is just brilliant!!! He was gentle and had a calming effect on me. He pulled a tooth for me Thursday and I was so impressed! I think it took him around 10 seconds! The hospital tried and failed that tooth a few years back and they tried for around 45 minutes. It's been giving me trouble ever since. It's currently healing really well.
This new dentist deserves recognition and a huge thank you but again I ignorantly don't know names!
Maybe we should get a name in our NHS appointment messages but either way. Cedar road is great. Far better than the Rodericks at Weston favell! I wouldn't even link the two companies together as clearly the staff make the surgery.

Great dental practice, really friendly staff and my dentist Nicole made me a great denture! Highly recommend to anyone who is nervous.

A new lady dentist that has recently started is wonderful with the kids and is brilliant. Takes the time to examine and make you feel at ease with any work that needs to be done.

Cedar road dentist is the best practice I have been to. The dentist themselves are brilliant and always do a good job with check ups and cleans. Reception are always happy to find a date that suits the customer. Also they have a car park which is great. I highly recommend this Dentist!

Had my second filing done today. Just like the first time, I didn't feel a thing. Not even the numbing shot. This lady is really good.

Great text reminder service and helpful friendly receptionists. If only patients arrived early or were more understanding when appointments run late it would really help them :-)

Reception staff are friendly and helpful, even at busy times. Handy text service to remind you of upcoming appointments. My dentist Andrew Young is lovely, professional and great at putting nervous patients (me!) at ease.

My dentist was extremely thorough and dental nurse was very lovely and put my mind at ease, as I am not the biggest fan of the dentist. The receptionist was very helpful and very efficient, to ensure they could find a suitable follow up appointment for me. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Always very prompt and professional and always happy to help. My dentist is a lovely guy who actually listened to my concerns and always made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Reception are very friendly and the dentist, Lovelyna Chopra is fantastic. All round great service and would easily recommend to everyone. If they could have 6 stars out of 5 they would have got it.

All very friendly. Been here a few years now and never had a bad experience had both regular check ups and treatments and good all round.

I am not good whit dentists but Andrew was ever so nice talked me through what he was doing and when there is also a lovely lady on front desk with blond hair her co worker is ok some times depends what mood she is in on the day

I’ve found the receptionists extremely polite and helpful whenever I have visited. My dentist is so good with my children and the appointments never feel rushed. Would highly recommend.

my son had a fall and wanted to see the dentist for a check-up for tooth replacement. When I called the receptionist informed that there are no appointments and had to wait till Jan 2017. When explained that this is an emergency she took no notice and informed we had to wait. I then contacted another dentist, we were given an appointment the next day as this was an emergency, he was arrange to have a temparary denture within a week. I am not sure if the Dentists themselves know that they are loosing their customers. we pay for our dental treatments not NHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
