The dentist I see was very good and professional as always
I thought the attitude of the reception staff was very poor and a joke that I had to book myself in with an iPad
As I find technical things very stressful, it's stressful enough going to the dentist without being asked to do the receptionists job for them?
I was not the only person struggling as I observed some of your elderly patients finding it difficult to navigate their way around an iPad's technology. In one case there was a gentleman suffering from dyslexia, I myself suffer from dyslexia
I would have welcomed if the staff had actually asked me if I had any problems with filling out forms on an iPad. A very poor attitude with dealing with people with disabilities

My dentist was lovely
First time being there, reception and signing in was easy. My dentist was lovely and very honest/open and thorough. Probably the best dentist I’ve had, so looking forward to future appointments and knowing I’m in good hands

Receptionists very efficient and polite. Dentist very compassionate and understanding. Can I please suggest you stop asking people to pay upfront for their next appointment. It looks like you're putting finance first and why should we pay for something we haven't had. What if something should happen to us !

Cedar Road Dental Practice
Dentist and the nurse was super friendly, chatty and comforting. Receptionists were also lovely and chatty. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and the appointment ran smoothly and calm.

Another check-up and my teeth are still OK for another 6 months till the next one. I'm eternally grateful to the Cedar Road practice for this. I've been with them for many decades and I'm sure it is thanks to them that I still have most of my teeth well into my 70's. They are very professional and always put me at my ease.
