Courteous and understanding

Zayne is the most polite, courteous and understanding dentist I have ever known. Receptionists and the dental nurses are all really lovely too.

The care was given was outstanding and the dentist man was so good, However, I waited a long time for seeing the dentist when I had a train to catch after being told I would be straight in, I was told there running late half an hour into the appointment of someone else, they could have said they might run abit behind is this ok.
