Really polite reception staff, I was greeted by name as I arrived which was really professional and welcoming. My appointment this time was with the hygienist who being very competent, and clear in her instructions and feedback as well as recommendations for my ongoing oral hygiene and areas of focus. Both the hygienist and nurse continued to check in on my comfort during the treatment also. Again very reassuring.
