First class service from useful pre-appointment reminder’s polite friendly reception staff, appointment on time and
first class understanding of my treatment requirements by my dentist Rav Lall.

Always warmly welcomed by my hygienist. Very professional and encouraging which helps me to focus on any areas I need to at home.

Shocking service or should I say no service at all! Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and receptionist signed me in and told me to take a seat. I waited a further 10 minutes to be called for my appointment only to be called over by the receptionist who then told me my appointment has been cancelled today. I asked her why as I had been early and even paid for a taxi to get here on time. She went on to explain that my appointment had been double booked and I couldn’t be seen today. I then asked if I could reschedule for another Friday in the future and she tells me that my dentist doesn’t work Fridays (WELL WHY AM I BOOKED IN HERE ON A FRIDAY THEN?) I asked for the latest evening slot in future and they only do 4:45pm this doesn’t help out people with normal work schedules! During my time sat there two colleagues walked out of the dentist room went to the shops to buy lots of snacks and pizza and then returned giggling away not professional when I had just been told I can’t be seen. I had been texted multiple times to remind me of my appointment, filled in forms before hand, booked a taxi, booked time off work, elegy did I even bother when they can’t even sort out a simple check up appointment for me! On the way to my appointment my taxi driver even told me that Grange Park dental practice has gone down hill and he is trying to find another dentist but I praised you for past appointments and dental services I’d received, I now regret that conversation I shouldn’t of fought your corner he was right this place is going down hill.

Although I have regular check ups I haven’t had any work done for years - yesterday I had a filling. I was a little nervous before hand however it turned out that there was no need to be. My experience was very good. I had no pain! The dentist explained everything to me and even gave me an opportunity to stop him at any point, which made me feel calm. Both the dentist and assistant engaged with me in an assuringly and respectfully manor.

I took time off work to arrive at appointment 15 mins early, then 10mins later told that the dentist had called in sick. Wasted time off and now have had to reschedule with different dentist in a months time.
If this was a one off it wouldn't be so bad but between me and my husband we have had numerous wasted trips to appointments here.

Excellent treatment as always. Ewelina, the Hygienist, is fantastic.

I cannot fault this practice. Friendly staff, Mr Lall is a fantastic dentist, very understanding of a nervous patient. 5 star service.

Mr Lall explains everything, he’s aware I’m a nervous patient and I trust him so much.

Rav sets the benchmark on how a dentist should be. I pity any dentist who has to follow him as he has set the bar at a very high level

I was at the dentist practise today and the Dentist and his nurse were just fantastic. Let me go to the lady who I saw on the reception, she was fantastic, smiling all the way. Very polite and professional. 5 star for me🙂

Dr Lal is so friendly, explains everything from start to finish and puts you at ease.

Zahra was amazing, as usual. Kind, thoughtful, patient. Will miss her a lot, but hopefully see her again

Cannot fault Grange Park Dental Practice. They are excellent with my little girl too, who even gets excited about going to see the dentist. Would highly recommend
