Your recent appointment
The practice has declined in the past 18 months. Reception team super friendly but the running of the clinic is poor. Each visit I have been faced with, appointments being cancelled and lateness, lateness I appreciate can happen but 25 minutes to be sitting waiting with no update from reception and other patients being called in.
My previous dentist was very approachable but the new dentist I do not feel at ease with.
Trying to contact the practice is more hassle then it’s worth, they do not return voicemails, or pick up calls. If I try later on it’s closed.
I’m looking alternative private care now.

Fabulous service today (8th July 2025). I was looking for an NHS dentist and was told by a dentist in town that Grange Park were currently taking patients on. Not only did I get registered within 30 minutes but I was offered an appointment same day as well. Fabulous!
