Needed an emergency appointment due to an abscess- they operate a sit and wait service which I was sceptical about as was advised this could be up to 4 hours - I actually waited about 45 mins which is truly acceptable and was dealt with in a professional manner and was not hurried through my appointment and left with an acceptable outcome

Grange Park Dental Practice
Although the actual service I received from Grange Park is good, it is frustrating that they are often running behind so your appointment time is not usually adhered to. I have had several check up and hygienist appointments cancelled and cannot rebook for months later. Also your new booking system is great when it works but it's hard to speak to someone when it doesn't.

Grange Park Dental Practice - Your recent appointment
I visited the dentist to repair a filling that had fallen after just 5 months. Work done under warranty. I was astounded to learn that whilst the work carried out was not charged I had to still pay for the appointment. This is completely unacceptable. In essence I had to pay for the warranty work to be looked at for it to be repaired. This should have been completely without charge. Fillings that fallen off is a fault with the process or item so why should the patient pay for it to be repaired??? Not a happy customer. Formal complaint to practice and possibly ombudsmen to follow.
Have to say staff are great. Good communication and empathy. Receptionist was friendly polite professional and empathetic. Dentist service great when in. Cant the people but policy is unfair and unjust to the patient.
If you have a faulty product you would never pay for it to be looked at in any other industry. Why here??
