Very kind and empathetic
The dentist knew I was nervous about that filling that had to be replaced and she did everything to put me at my ease. She was very kind and empathetic and I will not feel as nervous next time.

Grange Park Dental Practice
Firstly I received a telephone call asking me to come to my appointment at 3.40pm instead of 3.50pm. I agreed but didn’t go in to see hygienist past my original appointment time. However, found the hygienist too blunt, rough and scared me with her opinion on my gum disease. Everything she said went against anything that previous hygienists have said but more importantly what my dentist has said. She told me that she is surprised I haven’t lost teeth yet and that my top right back tooth is very wobbly and surprised it’s still there. It isn’t loose at all.

The receptionist was outstanding, cheerful, helpful & polite. The dentist was professional, friendly & informative.
Both my daughter & I commented that the staff had been really nice.

Very easy to book and fill in forms with their online system.
I was seen on time and as only a check up the information given was most helpful, the dentist was very pleasant to deal with as was the receptionist.
