I was very satisfied

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied with how I was treated throughout my check up. My dentist Ibs was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. The dental nurse Megan was very good and pleasant also.

Very calming, reassuring

Visiting Grange Park Dental Surgery is a very positive experience.
This is down to Mr Lall whom I see, I was a very nervous (terrified) patient.
He has a very calming, reassuring way,
He tells you everything he is going to do.
The practice is bright and airy.
All the reception staff and Dental nurses are lovely. I highly recommend the practice.

Great staff

Turned up - called in at the time of the appointment!!! The most important thing as used to be ages - online forms were good and the check up was quick and factual - staff were great.

Took time to discuss the various options

The appointment was at the time booked. The dentist took time to discuss the various options available to me and once agreed worked on me in a caring manner, giving me the option to halt things if it was uncomfortable for me.
All round a very pleasant experience.

Very friendly, efficient staff

Waited a while for an appointment to remove a tooth which had been painful and infected. Got a call yesterday for a cancellation today and tooth has now been removed, very quickly and pain free. Very friendly, efficient staff. Clear advice from the dentist re on going care.

Dr Lal has been my family’s dentist since my children have been young. Since I first registered with him many years ago at Victoria promenade he reminded me of my childhood dentist who is good at what he does and with such a great attitude towards his patients, my kids(now adults 18 & 20) actually enjoy visiting Dr Lal. Highly recommended

Our whole family attends this practice. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great service. I started my Invisalign treatment in December and the results are amazing!
