I never feel hurried

The service I received was exemplary. Appointment was on time.
Mr Lal, as always was professional, polite and kind. I never feel hurried and Mr Lal spent time giving me advice.
What more can anyone ask for.

10 out 10 Dr Lall. For the time I was there I was made to feel welcomed and relaxed throughout my treatment.

A very satisfactory experience.

On arrival the receptionists were very cheerful and polite, my appointment was more or less on time and Mr Lall as always did a first class job the only painful part was the account at the end.

Filling

The appointment was for a filling, all went well and a thorough job was done e by both the dentist and his assistant. Receptionist were quick to check me in and sorted my next checkup appointment while I waited to go in.
Shame the initial appointment was cancelled in February and I couldn't get another one until May.

Good experience

I used to be nervous about going to the dentist but since I moved to Grange Park that has gone. My dentist is always polite and friendly, I feel looked after and listened to. Everything is explained well and I always recommend to family and friends.

Emergency appointment

Broken tooth, sorted with courtesy and kindness and efficiency. Could not have been better, thank you to receptionist too who fitted me in so quickly and politely. All round, excellent service.
