I requested a follow up appointment for a denture adjustment and was seen within 3 hours! I know that's not always possible but the problem was expertly fixed by Mr. Lall with care and consideration. Extremely pleased.

Felt informed
Thorough check-up and X-rays, I have some wonky/jutting teeth and the dentist gave me quality time to have a good conversation/exploration around options, no pressure at all to make a decision on the day, felt informed upon leaving the appointment.

First-class service
From communication prior to the appointment, the greeting and efficiency at reception, through to the genuine welcome from the dental staff and dentist, the professionalism and attention is first-class.
As a patient, I felt the actual dental treatment was done very carefully, competently and as efficiently as possible, couldn’t ask for more.
If every service was like this one, it would be great!

First class service
I came for my regular NHS checkup the Thursday before Easter and was told two fillings were needed. Luckily for me, they had a cancellation space a couple of hours later that afternoon for the fillings to be done otherwise the next appointment was in August. After two trips to the dentist on the same afternoon, I am delighted. First class service and experienced and professional dental services. I highly recommend Zahra and her team.
Just remember to log your car registration on the parking tablet at the surgery if you are returning in the same day or will be longer than 90 minutes.

Ravinder is excellent. His interaction with me as a patient who has had a bad experience with a previous dentist is great. He makes you feel like a person not a patient. We moved from another practice to Grange Park, to ensure we could keep the same dentist. He has never provided us with treatment anything below 100%, excellent level and must be congratulated on his kind manner when dealing with us.

A crown fitting
The care, attention to my treatment, compassion and conscientious consideration that best decisions were made, were exceptional. I was very nervous about how I would manage with the procedure but the dental team went out of their way to explain, to check in with me and to ensure I was ok. The polite and respectful manner of the team, including the administrative staff were refreshing and made my experience a positive one. Thank you.
