Grange Park Dental Practice

Very efficient front desk staff, friendly and professional. Mr Ibrahim empathetic, polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. The environment is modern, clean but lacking sufficient parking.

My original dentist left the practice over a year ago. This is my second appointment with the dentist, I’ve still no idea what his name is, not much faith in my treatment.
I was told I needed a small surface filling and asked to be referred for sedation as I’m an extremely nervous patient and it’s normally how am treated.
Five weeks on I was asked to write a review for the practice of my treatment and still have not heard about my referral!!
Not a five star review I hasten to add.

The experience on the day was very good but the follow up was not. I need a filling got an appointment for later the same week but that was cancelled and rescheduled for May (over 3 months with the tooth getting worse, not really good enough).

Mohammed was very thorough and knowledgeable so I was very happy with him. Just disappointed with the booking system for a filling

Trying to get a repeat toothpaste prescription is always a nightmare never ready and takes a minimum of three phone calls to sort out.

The receptionist was helpful specially when I apologized for been late I asked if Mr lall would still be able to see me she said I'll call him n explain my situation had problems with powerchair+ I'd forgotten my bridge so my partner he had to go n get dental bridge,phew partner soon back at dental practice...thankfully Mr Lall still wanted to see me he greeted me n my partner then asked what I needed to have done!
Mr Lall was kind considerate explaining what he was doing n reassuring me what my needs are in five months..also prescribed a fluriod toothpaste .
His dental nurse was helpful as well . Mr Lall always puts me at ease .If I could give 10stars I would No fault with Grange Park dental practice absolutely brilliant 🥰🤩with everything. Edited July 2025
Had my crown fitted June 2025 brill Rav took temporary crown out no pain explained what was happening next cleaned around where temp crown n debris was all 👍🏻😊 next fitted with my new shiny crown didn't 🤔 about taking a pic I was just Sooo excited 😆 with new crown. I kept thanking Rav for new crown gosh how many times I did that he said that's ok I asked if need to see him he replied no when leaving I did Namaste to him n dental nurse then proceeded out the corridor soooo happy 😊😁 nearly went into wall near door on my power chair my partner had to manover it for me he held 🚪 for me when we got out to waiting room area . We went to reception desk asked to make appointment even when Rav said no need. I still made one for 6months time. Just in case I ended up chipping my tooth 🦷 ect. Ect.

I am grateful for the Hygienist's patience, she was very calming, reassuring and thorough.

I am very happy with the service I have on every visit I have with Zahra Shafi. She explains what she is doing and why. What is expected of me. I have no complaints at all. All members of staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

The receptionists are very helpful and I've never had any complaints about any dental work done.
