I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. The dentist explained the reasons as to why such a long wait. The dentist was thorough, polite and informative. Would be 5* if I didn’t have to wait so long sat on a wooden chair. Communication too would have been helpful.

The lady on reception was very good and very helpful. The AI phone answering and booking service is diabolical.
I travelled almost an hour and a half for my son’s appointment which I booked for 3:10pm. The AI had booked him in for 9:40am.
This service does not work at all. There is no option to speak to a human therefore I could not organise anything. Very disappointing. On arrival and explaining the situation the lady on reception was fantastic.
