Emergency appointment
I rang for an emergency appointment as part of my tooth broke and was given an appointment within a couple of hours. Problem fixed very efficiently.

Very reassuring
I mentioned the discomfort I’m having around several teeth. The dentist then did a thorough check of that area including X-rays. He explained everything in detail, explaining the X-rays and showing that all looks healthy. He said that he was going to discuss it further with a colleague and also look at it all again in three months, so although nothing was obviously wrong, he’s not dismissing it but keeping an eye on it. Very reassuring.

Very thorough, took time to explain
Reception staff pleasant and friendly. Clinical staff ( dentist) very thorough, took time to explain every step of the procedure, gave advice on future management, made me feel like she really cared about my teeth and future treatment

The reception staff are very nice and easy to talk to, my appointment with Mr Lall is always very good, he is gentle and polite and has time for you, his dental nurse always has a smile.

Great service
Receptionist friendly, polite, explained everything about the form ECT. Mr Lall dental nurse greeted me by door, friendly hello to me and my partner. Mr Lall was waiting for us friendly, greetings to both of us, asked if had any issues since growth removed, them proceeded to check my teeth. All good he said, see me in 12months, very pleased with me, so was I especially as nowt needs doing. Grange Park Dental Practice really good from reception to dental nurse to Mr Lall, his kind nature, friendly greetings and more but most of all he puts mind at ease, explains if anything needs doing or not. Great service.
