Completely put me at ease
My usual dentist a little while ago. As a nervous patient I was a little bit anxious prior to my first appointment since he left. I’ve now seen my new dentist twice (I’m sorry, I’m not sure of the ladies name) and couldn’t be happier. Professional and friendly. Completely put me at ease and couldn’t be happier.

Was very disappointed by the attitude of the dentist. No patient care or empathy. Don’t think she is very competent at her job, lacks experience and was not capable of handling a distressed patient who required treatment. Instead shipped me out the door with the promise of a call from a manager which I still have not received?!
Very poor, Grange Park, it’s a shame I have been a patient for many years.

Great staff, lovely dentist
Great staff, lovely dentist. Attended for a check up and he pointed out a couple of small repairs which were needed. He kindly offered to do it straight away so everything was done in one visit. Brilliant service, thank you.

We do apologise that you were called in late for your appointment, we aim to remain on time as much as possible, however, occasionally this is not possible due to circumstances out of our control.
