My experience
Great dentist and nurse however I observed the receptionist’s overly officious nature with more than one patient threatening to cancel appointments for being less than 5 minutes late for their appointment.
I get it, tardiness is a pain, but give people a break!

The dentist was brilliant
The receptionist was fantastic. Fitted me into a cancelled appointment and was extremely helpful, attentive and professional. The dentist was brilliant and prescribed antibiotics and speedy further treatment. I could not have received better treatment. Thank you all.

The hygienist is absolutely lovely
The hygienist is absolutely lovely and so understanding that I'm nervous and have such sensitive teeth! Other good thing is I didn't have to wait for my appointment which is what normally happens increasing my anxiety enormously

Great customer service at reception, lovely young lady who I think is new but she was excellent.
