Regular 6 month check up

If there is a better welcome, reception, treatment and dental care anywhere in Northampton both my wife and I have never heard of it. Down the years we have been treated as patients in need and have always been 100% satisfied with every outcome.

My experience

I have never waited less than half an hour from arrival. Very annoying to give appointment times and then be always more than 30 min waits. Especially when sitting waiting with two small children.

Very empathetic

Although very nervous as I knew I needed treatment, the reception staff were very empathetic. The dentist Dr Lall was excellent, he quickly told me what treatment I needed and talked me through the whole process immediately making me feel less nervous. Thank you for your excellent service.
