The care the dentist gave is second to none! He is as always very thorough and gives great communication always explaining every aspect of treatment and always makes me feel at ease. The nurse was also really kind and I felt comfortable throughout my appointment.
My only issue is trying to get an appointment is really difficult or trying to get through to the practice. Sometimes the reception staff are not as friendly or helpful as previous receptionists I’ve spoken to, although I appreciate its not always an easy job, and they have to deal with a range of patients.

Some times our phone lines become extremely busy, however, our receptionists will always try their hardest to answer as many calls as possible.
