Grange Park Dental Practice

I paid £100 for this hygienist appointment yet the actual deep clean was only 15 minutes and I was asked to make a follow-up secondary appointment to go deeper into the gums (which is what I was expecting today considering the amount I paid!). There were only 30 minutes allocated for this appointment which is really not enough for a deep clean and I felt like I was not given what I paid for. Very disappointed.

My experience

How rude the hygienist was regarding smoking. Very negative and not motivating in the slightest. Told her I'd quit smoking and still only had negative things to say. Not how you empower people, needs to learn more people skills.

Emergency tooth extraction

The dentist was very good, informative and caring throughout the emergency tooth extraction. Really put me at ease.
Booking could have been easier but then this is not a reflection on the practice, more on the state of the NHS as a whole.
