Fantastic dental care

A wonderful practice, fantastic dental care, gentle, patient and consultative. This is equal to any private dental health I have had. If I could give them six stars I would.
The online booking could be improved, but the staff are lovely.

My experience

The dentist was fantastic. Especially with the children. We had the first appt of the day but when we arrived dentist not open and was 10 mins late opening which delayed the appts and those thereafter. No apology for being late and not enough time to complete paperwork before appt.

A great experience

I needed an emergency appointment and I know how busy the team are, but Polly and Ellie on reception were very sympathetic and asked me to come in. I was seen within 30 minutes when I was expecting a 4-hour wait. The dentist was very professional and friendly as well. Overall a great experience, even though I was in pain. Thanks to all at the surgery.
