Emergent appointment same day
Fitted me in for an emergent appointment same day, great service from reception to dentist, as it wasn’t my own dentist she was not working today. But very pleased with the service.

Excellent treatment once I got called in, which was approx 25 minutes after my appointment time. I understand that precise times can't be kept to because of the nature of the work but maybe a way of letting the patient know an approximate waiting time would be useful. If this could happen, it would definitely be 5 stars from me.

Very happy with procedure carried out privately by Dr Challa. On recommendation of a periodontist I had extraction of a decayed tooth plus all 4 wisdom teeth under sedation. All very effectient, hardly any pain and now recovering well.

I can highly recommend my Dentist Priya and Dental Hygienist George.
Both are outstanding in their respective roles. I've needed a fair amount of treatment due to illnesses over the last few years and their treatment, advice and care has been exceptional, outstanding. Particularly through my chemo treatment during covid restricted periods they ensured my treatment continued when Dentists were able to reopen.
At all times they have treated me with great professionalism, great care and have consistently treated me with dignity and respect. They've made me feel comfortable and safe.
Priya and George both consistently act with great professionalism and give straightforward good advice. I trust them implicitly. They are friendly and make me feel at ease. Their focus to me is on great patient care.
Today I was also helped with an issue by the practice manager which was excellent.
