I arrived 5 mins early for the appointment and was seen after about 10 minutes, so very quick for the time of day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, with the dentist himself being personal and professional. As usual a great service from this dental practice.

Gemma was very caring and helpful and the process was only painfull in gum areas where there was already a sensitivity issue. She was fare less brutal than my previous experiences and I would recommend her to others.

Amazing emergency appointment, despite no longer being registered as it had been more than 5 years, I was immediately back on the system. Same day appointment to have abscess drained. Cannot fault the service, care and professionalism of all those I encountered.

I had not visited the Dentist for over two years so was told I had to re register and would not be able to see my usual Dentist. I was not aware that there was a time limit on visits and was most put out to find that out. One gets used to seeing the same Dentist and my Dentist Miss Lama was a most calming presence in what for most can be a nervous time. I was seen the same day as I had an urgent issue by a very professional young man who did an excellent job. I do wish though that I had been made aware of this time limit as I did not want to change my Dentist. My previous Dentist Mr Barclay I had seen for twenty or more years.
