Absolutely the best dental practice I’ve been to in Northampton- I was treated by Linda, assisted by Precious - what a wonderful team. Super gentle and caring, making sure I was comfortable the whole time I was having my treatment. I ended up needing a root canal to save my tooth and she’s wonderful. The practice is very clean with super friendly staff, no crazy long wait times like in others and very communicative staff. Highly recommended for the Northampton area

Family appointment, straightforward check up, no issues and the prerequisite stickers for the kids. Always friendly, usually on time or up to 10 minutes late, rare to be kept waiting for a scheduled appointment. Text reminders prior to appointment are helpful.

The dentist, Hygenist and reception staff are all excellent, helpful, friendly and efficient. I am less impressed with the bureaucracy behind it. Since the Smailes left and Rodericks took over it has changed from a highly patient focused surgery that stood above others to a much more run of the mill, churn them through and try and sell them expensive inessentials like teeth whitening or straightening.

Check in at reception I was welcomed with a smile. I was seen by my preferred dentist Richard Stewart on time. He was friendly, thorough and explained what he saw + thought of my teeth. Overall very pleased with my appointment and Victoria House Dental.
