Excellent service
The reception staff are welcoming, polite, and smile, They know what they are doing. The doctor/dentist and the nurse were professional and charming. The difficulties were explained to me clearly. Excellent service.

My experience
I have been at this practice for years and have always been really happy. The dentist is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. But, I am struggling with the process of getting my (private) crown the right colour: I don’t know why but it’s been sent back twice now. It’s been going on since August. I did have to delay slightly due to Covid and I have been offered next day appointments but I’m a carer and have to make sure I have arrangements for my daughter.
I hate being critical as I’ve always had good experiences (and ironically the temporary crown is perfect) but this time it’s not been so good.

I cannot fault the dental practice
The Receptionist was polite, wore a smile and a really nice jumper. She explained about the finances required and the options. Pleasantly professional. The Dentist was, as usual, polite, clear in his explanations, and professionally efficient. The nurse was polite, efficient, and smiled. Overall a positive experience. As I am using the NHS service for new dentures the wailing time for the next appointment was a bit of a shock. I cannot fault the dental practice for that.
