Emergency appointment
Today I needed an emergency appointment, the receptionists and my dentist Avanti were able to offer me an emergency appointment for which I was so grateful. I have always found all the staff at the practice to be very kind and professional.
I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

Staff were all very friendly
I arrived 5 mins late for the first time in my life of attending this practice for over 50 years. The dentist upheld my appointment and staff were all very friendly and so helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, easy to book appointments, always seen promptly and they are great with young children! The only downside is capacity - i have been trying to register my younger son for the last 3 years, still waiting and just have to keep trying. Also the booking in system does not allow maternity exemption to be recognised if baby is born prematurely (certificate still valid but birth date more than 1 year ago so system won't accept). Slightly niggles,otherwise great practice!
Update march 2026 - have now registered all children. Dentist fantastic as always with my son, very engaging and talks to him, not over him. Lovely staff. Reception staff always friendly and helpful as well.

Alison, is such a kind and considerate Dental Hygienist. She takes care to explain what she is doing and adjusts her approach to individual patient's needs. She has been very supportive and helpful. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else now.
