Welcoming, professional
Welcome on entry to reception was professional, with a smile. Waiting room had a vacant seat. Appointment time perhaps 5/10 overdue. Both the Dentist and the nurse were welcoming, professional and easy to communicate with.

I would highly recommend Victoria Promenade Dental Practice
The reception staff were very quick and helpful whilst being polite. I was told to be seated in the waiting room very quickly and was seen about 5 minutes after, exactly the time of my appointment. The dental staff were lovely and explained everything very clearly and in detail so I could choose the best possible option for me. They give valid and precise answers for all options you have and are very driven to help you decide which methods could work best for your teeth. I would highly recommend Victoria Promenade Dental Practice to anyone who is in need of professional opinions and wonderful service.
