Called this morning for an emergency appointment due to tooth ache and I was fitted in by lunch time with Linda the dentist who was amazing and very professional and helpful thank you .

On time, very friendly and approachable!!

Arrived early for my dental appointment. Check in was easy and quick with no problems. Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Didn’t have to wait too long to be seen and dentist and assistant were friendly and welcoming too. Would recommend this dental practice.

Welcoming reception staff and whatever work my dentist has to carry out is always amazing.

Pleasant, helpful and cheerful reception staff. My dentist, Nitin is very good. He informs of the choices available, filling colour and types. He asks frequently if you’re ok.

As always, Nitin was attentive and informative about what he was proposing. His assistant ( Charlotte, I think was her name ) was friendly and gentle when using the suction machine. Both of them continued to check my comfort during the appointment and the filling was done efficiently.

I recently visited Victoria Promenade Dental Practice because of a painfully impacted wisdom tooth, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received.

When it was time for my examination, Dr Chopra was thorough and attentive. They took the time to explain the cause of my pain and the treatment options available, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity.

Dr Chopra explained each step of the process, and the pain management was excellent, making what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. Throughout the procedure, I felt well-cared for and reassured by the professionalism and expertise of the dental team.
After the procedure, I received clear instructions for aftercare and what to expect in the coming days. The practice’s commitment to patient care was evident, and I felt confident in the advice and the treatment I received.

On entering the premises the receptionist was engaged with another client. Dealing with me she was professional, but engaging. After my appointment with the dentist and his assistant she comprehended the required outcomes from my dental appointment and put future appointments in place, with a smile. My dentist and his assistant know me, and my history, and were able to overcome my presenting problem and suggest a plan for the immediate future.
Overall an excellent experience.

Had deep clean it was uncomfortable but hygienist was thorough and as gentle as possible. Good after care advice given. Thank you very much.
