Great
Dentist and assistant even reception were all great, could not fault them. For someone that has not been to the dentist in decades and with not the greatest teeth I felt comfortable. I hope to be taken on as a patient, that should sum it all up.

Victoria have really improved since my last visit in 2019. Reception are polite and informative, and even called me to advise a cancellation appointment and whether I wanted it. Marjani Orchery is a great dentist as well, really nice and helping to make me comfortable. The only for me was the wait as they were running late, and they need to do something about how hot the upstairs waiting room is. Even with the window open it was a struggle and there were no cups at the water cooler.

Check up on tooth sensitivity & pain
A thorough examination of the teeth affected & tests conducted to assess level of pain. A temporary filling was placed & follow up date set, advice given on how to address the tooth pain which was helpful.

Warm friendly greeting on arrival, I did have a short wait as the dentist was running a little late but very apologetic about delay, made to feel relaxed and comfortable, in all a pleasant experience.

Victoria Promenade Dental Practice
My daughter is autistic and has had many bad experiences at the dentist, this dentist and her support assistant made her feel very comfortable and talked her through everything made a huge difference.

Excellent treatment, fantastic Dental practice
I am always treated with respect and care, even though I am just an NHS patient. My Dentist is very informative about every part of the treatment and shows me the xrays and explains things in detail. I have never been uncomfortable or rushed with my appointment.
