Victoria Promenade Dental Practice
Thank you, first time with new dentist, the most healthcare advice I’ve ever been given and the only dentist to have ever told me I’m supposed to see the hygienist every six months. I always just thought it was a nice to have or if required.
She also referred my daughter to an orthodontist which I asked the previous dentist for, and filled the hole in what previous dentist said was her baby tooth but left.

Standard 6 monthly check up
My appointment was 9.20, I went into the dentist at 9.48. Someone did say sorry it’s late which is fine I understand that things happen and priority has to be made. However, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I usually have a more thorough check up and a clean is offered? I just felt rushed through as time obviously had to be made up. I am very appreciative that I have a regular dentist, however paying £26 for less than 5 minutes and feeling rushed out was a little disappointing. Targets v time = patients not completely satisfied.

Excellent dentist
Nitin is an excellent competent dentist who makes me feel at ease. He is supported extremely well by his dental nurse. They make a good team. I always feel that I have received the best possible advice and treatment. The reception staff are always friendly and professional. Thank you all.

Outstanding dentist practice. Caring staff, appointments made with consideration and the reception and clinical staff are caring, thoughtful, patient and kind. The patient areas are spotlessly clean too, which is reassuring.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I'm an NHS patient and I feel very fortunate to have such good care.

I find Nitin very easy to speak to, he is very professional but his gentle manner puts me at ease when having any work done (as no one likes going to the dentist ). I would recommend him, I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Amazing people
I have never before felt so cared for by a professional. I have such a fear of dentists this dentist and her assistant made me feel safe, they accepted my fear and treated me with kindness.

Friendly and efficient
As always, a friendly and efficient visit for a check-up. The only downside was a price increase for a visit to the hygienist, which I had planned for next week. At near £90 this is now outside my budget on a 3-monthly basis.
