They've been my dental practice for many years and I'm very happy with them. The consultations are always high quality and helpful. The dentist is extremely considerate. And the hygienist is excellent too, taking care to ensure I'm comfortable. I highly recommend Michelle! Also, I appreciate that the receptionists are very polite as well.

Root Canal Work
Whilst the service was good the 55min wait after my appointment time was not. I had stiffened up by the time I was called and had difficulty straightening up and walking properly - yes I am elderly.

I am very sorry you had such a long wait for your appointment. Unfortunately your dentist had a complex emergency on arrival which caused the delay. We currently only have 2 NHS dentists in practice, so we are trying really hard to accommodate all patient's needs. I have requested that my receptionists inform patient's if any delays are expected in the future, so the patient can rebook if that is a more convenient option.
