I was scheduled 6 months ago for a regular check-up. The staff at the practice ensured that I received a reminder phone call a week before the date, and sent reminder text messages. I got in for my appointment and was promptly seen by the ever pleasant Dr. Chopra. Finished on time, and the front desk lady was quite courteous and professional as she scheduled me for my next appointment in 9 months time. Great team!
