I had a reminder from the dentist 2 days before and a text reminder on the day. l waited 5 minutes before going in, my dentist explained cleaning my teeth, and took time at the end of the appointment to show me how to do this.

The sanitised seat was incredibly wet, dentist expected me to sit down without having wiped the seat. Otherwise, the service was as standard.
