My appointment was booked for 8.30 and I wasn’t seen until 8.55. It’s the first appointment of the day so there’s no reason to be kept waiting. This has happened multiple times.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you were kept waiting for your appointment. Unfortunately my two dentists travel over 50 miles to work and delays often occur on the motorway, which is out of our control. However, patients are notified of delays, so you have the option to wait or rebook.

My experience
My appointment was booked for 8.40, I arrived 5 minutes early, but no one else waiting in front of me, didn’t get seen by dentist until 9am, just a few minutes past. Then as I left I was asked about a form the dentist took from me. A bit unorganised so early in the morning. Do we get charged if we are late ?

I have total trust in my dentist and love the fact that if I need some minor treatment he is happy to do it at my check up appointment, and if more involved treatment is required I will always take his recommendations and know that his advice is the best advice. 100% satisfaction.

Engaging with my 3 year old
All staff were extremely engaging with my 3 year old, especially the dentist and nurse who put him at ease, explained exactly what was happening, gave him stickers and a few bits to take home. That's the first time he has sat and allowed a proper examination, not just a quick glance in his mouth!

My experience
You are asked for the money as you get to reception before getting your treatment and than have to wait over half an hour delay and when you calmly try to explain to reception to reschedule as you have other commitments you get told that you are being rude and this is just the way it works. Rescheduling and doing the refund is not an easy option. Unbelievable.

I am very sorry to hear you were not happy with the service we provided during your last visit. Unfortunately dentist's treatments are booked for an estimated time and sometimes complications can occur or severe emergencies take precedence. Dentists can run late for many reasons which are out of our control. We aim to try to keep as many patients happy and out of pain as possible. I am sorry on this occasion we did not meet your expectations.
