Regular 6 month appointment everything was good a nice clean. Polite staff

I was having a really bad day, for personal reasons, and the dentist was so very kind to me. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

Dentist very thorough and explains everything.

The lady at reception desk was so helpful and polite, as I have a disability she offered help. Overall very polite staff.

My 12 year old daughter had two teeth extracted, she was very very nervous and got herself worked up, I cannot stress how amazing they were with her. They completely put her at ease, they were so so patient and made the whole experience the best it could be for her. My daughter said she now isn’t afraid to come back and she doesn’t want to go anywhere else, I can’t thank them enough !

Speed that surgery came back to me with an emergency appointment. Dentist extremely thorough and gentle.

I came to see the Dentist because I have tooth pain. After see her and carrying out x-ray on the teeth, the Dentist says my teeth is fine but I have inflamed gums. After 1week of properly cleaning my teeth with TeePee and Mouth wash, I still feel same pain as when I initially came for treatment and I am being asked to pay all over again if I need the Dentist to see me again on same complain that brought me originally.

Awful! I've been trying to get a filling for months. I had an appointment for a teeth clean followed by a filling the next day but the dentist was ill the day after the cleaning so cancelled on me, a couple of months later I got to have the filling done, my appointment was at 12.10 pm and I wasn't seen until gone 12.25, fifteen minutes late so the dentist decides to do a teeth clean again and makes me come in the following day for a filling on a weekday, no regard to the fact I have other things to do, I arrived 8 minutes late due to an accident and call ahead, when I arrive, I'm told that she can't do the filling because there is not enough time so I have to rebook for October I was told? So she can do a filling 15 minutes late if it's her fault but not if I'm under ten late? Very confusing.
Then I asked to see the dentist as I don't want to go back for a filling time after time just to be told nope! Let's just give them a clean, at which time I'm just told to go buy an electric toothbrush (great thanks), she then said something totally out of place, she said she's doing extra for me at her cost. So I turned to her and said excuse me? I believe you're doing what you're paid to do, as I'm an NHS patient and don't have to pay, yet due to a mistake at the dentist I was originally given an appointment that I lost a day going to I was told on arriving that sorry we booked you in to see someone that only takes paying customers so we'll have to rebook? So I said no, it's gonna work out cheaper if I just pay, I can't just keep losing days going to the dentist for no reason all the time, so I did, there for your doing the job I'm paying you to do even though I shouldn't have to.
So all in all it's cost me over a hundred pounds for treatment I still haven't received and should by rights not cost me at all, plus 6 days and still no filling.
I advise to only use this dentist if you have lots of expendable money and tons of free time.
