I have to say my dentist really is the best.
He takes his time to make sure I am all good.
Also cares about how my teeth have been doing.

Yearly checkup

Your receptionist was very kind and helpful and efficient. I was seen by Nitin who has been my dentist for a number of years. He is always very kind to me, knows I am nervous about my visits to see him. I had an examination of my teeth and I explained I knew I had two problems with a couple of teeth. Nitin found another slight problem with a third tooth, he explained that they would need fillings. They were all small fillings and this work was carried out immediately. Nitin and his dental are highly professional and look after their patients with great care. I am always grateful for the way they treat me.

My experience

When I walked in there was nobody else waiting. The receptionist was typing on her keyboard. She did not look up or acknowledge my presence for about 2 minutes but left me standing there feeling that I had somehow become invisible. Eventually, without looking up, she said "Can I help you". So she clearly knew that I was standing in front of her. A simple "I'll with you in a moment" when I walked in would have been far more polite than the very rude way that I was completely ignored.

Very welcoming and friendly

The dentist and the dental nurse were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist explained in detail everything I need to know and do to improve my hygiene.
