Very friendly practice. With them maybe 15 years. Came as an NHS patient, I THINK they still accept some NHS patients. Though have noticed price of treatment has gone up a bot of late.

I was searching through the NHS Dental Access Scheme to find an emergency NHS appointment (every single one of them on the list for Belfast Trust wanted money from me instead, so out of spite, I said no).

Since NHS dental doesn't exist anymore in northern Ireland, I searched around and found Cherryvalley for Private Emergency help instead.

This practice are excellent at trying to get you in as soon as possible for emergency appointments (which is what you really want). I was expecting them to give me an appointment for the following day, but they offered me an appointment to come in to the practice within an hour, so 10/10 for that

As I wasn't even properly registered with them, they were still so helpful and informative. The dentist I saw was excellent. They were very informative and helpful when discussing my best options for treatment. They constantly ask if you are doing OK throughout treatment and explained absolutely everything.

If you're in Belfast or live just outside east Belfast (Holywood, Comber area etc) and need immediate treatment, this place will help you out as best they can.

Friendly, professional practice from start to finish. The team at reception are courteous and helpful. Mark and his assistants are professional, reassuring, and always demonstrate both their expertise and that they care. The whole experience reduces the natural apprehension that comes with visiting the dentist!

Practice were able to get me a cancellation appointment so I didn’t have to wait so long after a piece of tooth cracked and came away.

Mark is always willing to give advice and explain the science behind it. My experience of this practice is 100% positive.
