Visited Cherryvalley Dental Practice for some treatment today- As I’ve come to expect everything was handled perfectlly. Aidan took great trouble explaining upcoming work required using recent x Rays and a thorough discussion reason behind the procedure. My regret is I did not ask for assistant’s name because she was very professional and carried out her role with sympathy and to a very high degree of proficiency

Very polite, reassuring and informative

I have been going to this surgery for a number of years and the reception staff are always polite and helpful.
The dental staff are also very polite, reassuring and informative. The building and surgeries are clean, bright and calm spaces - I am profoundly deaf so communication can be challenging for me but everyone has been very accommodating, even during Covid by removing masks so that I could lipread.

Excellent, staff welcome you on arrival.
My dentist explains everything whilst l am having treatment, checks l am ok. I feel relaxed which is amazing as l used to dread going to the dentist. Karl is a brilliant dentist, he has worked hard on repairing my teeth.

Highly recommend this practice

Excellent service provided by Aidan today who was very quick to highlight a dental issue as a result of a new medication prescribed by a GP. I would highly recommend this practice for their attention to detail and the awareness to other medical related issues and the incredible professionalism- this practice and its staff are exceptional on all levels.
