This practice is very understanding as although I am in my 60’s I have a fear of going to the dentist/hygienist. But they put me at ease and we get through the treatment.

We are so very lucky to have this dental practice on our doorstep. I was always an incredibly nervous patient, due to childhood experience. However, the staff here have completely turned this around, and go out of their way to put you at ease and reassure you. I have to mention my new hygienist Zoe & my dentist Rita, they have both been outstanding! I also enjoy the sense of humour held by the ladies in reception! Five stars all round! 😀

Just had an extraction of the remains of a broken tooth. A painless experience expertly done. It's not my favourite pass-time, but when it needs to be done, it's nice to be well looked after!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Northiam Dental Surgery for comprehensive dental treatment, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.

During my initial visit, I was provided with a full dental treatment plan. Dr. Jo Mason was incredibly thorough in explaining the treatment in depth, ensuring I understood every aspect. She was kind and compassionate, taking the time to answer all my questions patiently. I appreciated the detailed breakdown of all costs involved, which left no room for surprises. This transparency gave me confidence to proceed with the treatment.

On my further visits, Dr. Mason and her team maintained the same level of professionalism and care. I was always consulted about what was going to happen, with processes explained clearly at each step. This consistent communication made me feel at ease and well-informed throughout my treatment journey.

The surgery itself is beautifully clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The dental nurses and reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, further enhancing the overall positive experience.

I am extremely happy with the outcome of the treatment. The expertise and attention to detail provided by Dr. Mason and her team have truly made a difference.

Northiam Dental Clinic is a great little village practice , wouldn’t go anywhere else the reception ladies are lovely , seem to have such a great team of dentists and nurses.
